Educational Leaders from around the nation, from school administrators to Superintendents share narratives of resilience while leading. Dr. Scott, along with many of his colleagues give you some of the ways they were able to persist beyond the impediments to ensure academic success and become Purveyors of Change for students, their schools, and their communities.
In this book, Dr. Scott explores resiliency narratives of 10 academically successful African American males. Using a basic interpretive design, Dr. Scott was able to closely examine the solutions for the African American male.
